10:30AM: Teams begin to form parade line on running track behind Wood Middle School
11:00AM: Ceremonies and Parade begins/Honoring the Sponsors
11:40AM: National Anthem and Little League Pledge
11:45AM: Introductions
12:00PM: Announcements: Challenger Jamboree April 28; Night at Oakland A's May 3

Parade Instructions

Please have your PLAYERS and COACHES ONLY line up at 10:30AM. Parents should be on the Minor field setting up their viewing spot. The parade line starts at the gate to the track and in order of the team list that was sent out starting with Challenger, T-Ball, Farm, A, AA, AAA, Majors and finally Intermediate. Please line up CLOCKWISE around the track. There will be Division signs and Board Members there to help. 

The parade will begin at 11:00AM. Have your team proceed down the concrete pathway between the Minor and Major field, turn left at the flagpole onto the warning track on the Minor Field (adjacent to the Snack Bar). When your team reaches the outfield stands they need to stop and display their banner to the judges. The best banner for each Division will receive a pizza party. Originality is important to the judges. Board members will be there to help direct.

Upon conclusion of the ceremonies, parents and teams are asked to vacate the Minor field immediately because there is a AAA game starting at 1:30PM. All are asked to help clear any trash.
