Equipment Swap

In the spirit of reduce-reuse-and-recycle in our baseball community, we are organizing a “gently used gear swap”. If your kid(s) have outgrown their uniform components (pants,socks, belts, undershirts), cleats, gloves, catcher’s gear, bats, etc, we’d love to give them a new lease on life with a new family who can use them. Similarly, we hope you can find gently used new (to you) gear that your kid(s) can use this season. This is for all age groups. Here’s how it will work:

Right Now:
Start cleaning out your closets and garage! All donations must meet current Little League equipment guidelines click here for more info.

January 21 and 22 (Little League Evaluations):
Bring your gently used gear and uniform components. We’ll start organizing and sorting!

Swap Day Mid-February (date TBD):
The scheduling of the swap will be confirmed once the drafts are completed and timing of coach to player notifications are made.

Once you know what team you are on and what color uniforms you need for the season, come to the Little League fields on the designated “swap day” and we’ll have all the donated goods ready to go to a new home!

Parents/guardians must be present to ‘shop’ for gear on the swap day, no kids solo shopping please. Please only take items to fill your immediate needs, do not take sizes up for future years. This will help make our inventory more equitably shared.

No money will change hands.

Any leftover gear will be donated to a needy cause (tbd).
