Alameda Little League parents:

We have invested in the Big Al Baseball online Coaching resources for every Coach in our league and a matching set of online Parent and Player resources for every Parent and Player in our league.

Big Al has created “Backyard Workout Program” for parents and players. These Backyard Workouts are included in your Parent 4-8 and Parent 9-12 online programs.

Recommended “Practice at Home” approach for parents and players:

Go to https://bigalbaseball.com and log into your online Parent Program.
Click on the “Skills” button to see a demonstration of each of the skills that you need to learn and practice at your age level. These are the same skills and techniques your coaches will be teaching every team this season.
Go the “Practice at Home” section, choose each of skills to access a series of Backyard Workout videos presenting a variety of drills, fun games, and challenges you can do at home.
Print off the Backyard Workout checklist for each of the skills and put your name at the top.
Then keep track of your progress this season by checking a box next to each workout as you work through the skills at home.
In the Practice at Home Section click on the Big Al Way button and access a Backyard Workout Weekly Planner to help you plan workouts at home.

This is a great opportunity to practice the proper technique, get stronger and improve at home between practices and games this season.

Login Instructions

To activate your own personal membership:

Go to https://bigalbaseball.com.
Click on the Membership Code button.
Select the online Program or Bundle that best fits your age group and role. (Coach-Parent Bundle 4-8 or the Coach-Parent Bundle 9-12 or the 4 Program Bundle)
To activate your program, fill in the registration fields and click CONTINUE.
Enter your Membership Code AMEDA24 in the box and then click on the APPLY button. (This will recalculate your membership cost to 00.00.)
Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the CHECKOUT button.
You will be taken to the Login page. Login with your Username and Password. (Note: depending on your browser and computer settings you may need to enter you UN and PW twice.)
Click on the link to your T&D program on the MY PROGRAMS page and enjoy!
