This enhancement will help reduce duplicate accounts among your members and allow for seamless access to other Stack Sports products. Please review the details below prior to this update on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.

What your members can expect

• When members log in to their Sports Connect account on/after October 20th, they will be prompted to create new login credentials by entering the email address associated with their account.
• The email address entered will need to be verified via a quick verification email sent to their inbox.
• The email address entered will be used to log in moving forward. Usernames will no longer be used at login. 
• Members will create a new password for their accounts. 

How we are supporting you and your members through this change

• We have sent your members step-by-step instructions for updating their accounts. 
• We have created a FAQ on our support site to answer both admin and your members’ questions. We will continue to update this page as additional questions arise. 
• Our product team has created the ability for admin users to send the automatic login link email to their members via the Search and Manage Users page. Admin users can also verify email addresses this way and update any if necessary.
