We Need to Know...

We need to know if:

1) Your child will play this year when the 2020 season resumes in July/August.

2) Your child will not play this year and you wish to receive a 100% credit for the 2021 season.

3) Your child will not play this year and you wish to receive a 50% reimbursement.

Please send your choice along with the player's name and team they are on to

[email protected]

by July 1st. Credits and reimbursements will be processed in mid-July.
